Refund policy

Returns: If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery requesting a return. The item must the be delivered back to us within a further 14 days. Any item returned outside these times will not be accepted. 

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at moonlightreflectionshop@yahoo.com quoting your order number.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as the item is the senders responsibility. 

Refunds: Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the item price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
